The New York Emergency Medicine Student Council (NYEMSC) was created in 2018 to better serve the needs of EMIGs, and of medical students interested in Emergency Medicine in New York state. Our goals  are to represent each of the NYS medical school EMIGs, create a network for students to connect and get involved in EM opportunities and leadership, and recognize/encourage research projects and clinical excellence in Emergency Medicine.  

 

This is an organization that seeks your participation as a way to best serve medical students’ needs. We are always looking for ways to improve the experiences and education of NYS emergency medicine interested/bound students and we therefore encourage you to get involved!
